Senior Care Assistant
We are looking for people who are compassionate and caring, who are able to work independently and who want to make a real difference in the lives of people using our services.
The senior care assistant will routinely oversee and monitor care workers. They will attend to the needs of our Service Users with in residential care establishments, day care establishments or in their own homes.
The Senior Care Assistant will work independently or with colleagues to provide personal care i.e. washing, bathing etc.
The Senior Care Assistant will provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Line Manager.
They will also assist Line Managers in assessing Service Users and developing Care Plan.
The Senior Care Assistant will also engage in their personal development, to ensure they have the right skills and knowledge.
