Nursing Services

Here at Trimarge Care, we offer a unique services of personalised care from check-in visits to full live in support. Our nurses are responsible for assessing, prioritizing, planning, implementing and evaluating Service Users care needs.  They also ensure that patient’s care is conducted according to our local policies, in line with CQC requirement and NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Code of Conduct) . Most importantly, our registered nurses coordinate the care for every Service User. This is coordinated for the group of patients including and not limited to the following: -

• Explain any changes or recommended adjustments to the patients medication regime to ensure adherence
• Administering and organizing medications
• Practical end of life care
• Assessing patient’s mental status
• Discussing common health concerns such as falls, incontinence, pressure Ulcer Management
• Educating clients about personal safety and disease prevention
• Link the client with local resources as needed
• Collaborate with other professionals to optimize patients comfort and families understanding.
